Stacey Francis and Jhaniele Fowler
Stacey Francis and Jhaniele Fowler have also been busy in the netball realm, playing in England’s Fast5 All-Star competition. Francis re-joined her old team, Team Bath for the second successive year after being one of their key players for 10-years before joining West Coast Fever in 2017. Francis looked right at home in blue and yellow, playing the quick and challenging style of Fast5 Netball. Francis also spent some time in London with family and friends, catching up and even finding a wedding dress for her upcoming nuptials to long term partner Sara Bayman.
Fowler also joined in on the Fast5 All-Star competition for her first domestic appearance on English soil. Playing alongside former England Roses captain Ama Agbeze.
Kaylia Stanton
Kaylia Stanton has been keeping herself occupied this off-season, firstly taking on the role as MC for the Western Roar awards dinner and then, putting her nutrition studies to good use, helping teach the Aboriginal All Stars some tips about nutrition and cooking at their Leadership Camp over the weekend. Stanton spoke about the importance diet has on physical performance, guiding the All Stars in preparing some healthy food.
Shannon Eagland
Shannon Eagland has been spending her off-season wisely. She made the most of the sunshine and took to the beach as well as hanging out with her puppy, Timba.
